sometimes when nick and i are in bed, and i can tell he doesn't want to cuddle, he will still reach over and hold my hand until we fall asleep. there's something so romantic about that to me.
it's one of my favorite things in the world.
we don't necessarily have to be so close to each other, but just to know he's there.
it's the sweetest.
last night he did this, and for some strange reason all i could think about was this music video by oren lavie. i have no idea why, but it just stuck out to me. i love this song and especially love the video. i guess the hand holding reminded me of 2:45 in the video:
